If you don't know me, I'm T.C, coach of the Women Boot Camp in Perth and I have been personal training people for fat loss since 2001.
I want to be honest with you here, I was actually a terrible personal trainer years ago as I was not really delivering results for my clients. I have clients who became so much healthier, fitter and stronger but they did not lose any weight or look any much better. It was totally unaccepted to me because they wanted to look a lot better in the first place.
Despite learning all the scientific stuff about fat loss in school and attending numerous expensive fitness courses and seminars, I thought I could find the holy grail to fat loss. But NO.
