Q. Where are the boot camps locations?
Currently, we run our boot camp in 3 locations. There are as followed:

Q. When do the boot camps begin?
There is no start date for any of the boot camps we run. You can pretty much sign up and start right away on the next coming boot camp session. Why wait? We want to help ASAP so that you can get in shape fast.
Q. Will I be struggling to catch up with everyone at the boot camp?
Certainly not. You will be surprised that you are able to work out at your own pace but still working hard. This is because the bootcamp workout has been designed in a way that everyone is able to perform at their limits. Furthermore, you will get a lot of encouragement from the other ladies and instructors and be inspired by others to perform at your best.
Q. What type of workout/exercise programme do you run at the Perth Women Boot Camp?
Perth Women Boot Camp uses the most up-to-date scientifically fat loss proven method to help the ladies lose weight and get into their best shape in the fastest and safest way. No boring long slow distance running and crunches or sit-ups that hurt your back. We based our programme on the latest finding that has shown high-intensity interval training burns more fat and raise your metabolism 24-48 hours after workout than traditional weight loss workout programme. Expect to perform sprints, boxing, medicine ball and elastic bands workout. And have a lot of fun of course working out!
Q. Isn’t Aerobics Workout better for fat loss?
Although aerobics workout burn fats as the predominate energy source, it can only be achieved if you spend long hours and stay at low intensity exercise level. However, it does not mean you are burning more energy. It just burn uses more fat in terms of percentage. In short, you need to run or walk a lot maybe like 1-2 hours every day to achieve the level of fat loss. Furthermore, you do not gain lean and toned muscles from aerobics workout. In fact, you lose lean toned muscle from too much aerobic workout.Our boot camp is designed based on high-intensity interval training that burns far more fats and build more lean muscle mass than the tradtional aerobics exercise programme.
Q. Why is this fat loss boot camp pricier than most other boot camps in Perth? Some boot camps charge as low as AU$10 for an hour and you can pay as you go.
Very simple. It is true that you pay for what you get. Most boot camps do not provide nutritional guides and meal plans like we do and we are giving them out for FREE. Furthermore, we provide the best possible trainers we can find and trust to run the boot camp for us and they are university-trained in exercise science. With such highly qualified trainers, wouldn’t you feel that you are in good hands? Wouldn’t they be more qualified to answer any questions you have with regards to exercise?
For AU$10 per session and pay-as-you-go, you get no nutritional support, no phone calls or emails when you don’t turn up. They don’t really care if you get in shape. What are your chances of getting in shape? Probably ZERO. Well, if you are just looking for only a long hour of boring workout and NOT GUARANTEED FAT LOSS then go for AU$10 boot camp workout. We are NOT for you. Sorry for being blunt. We just don’t want to waste your time. Q. Do you provide nutritional support?
Yes we do. As mentioned, nutrition is a big part of getting into lean and healthy shape. Based on our experience, it is not possible to work off the extra weight if your eating is suboptimal. However, we’re not here to overwhelm you. We are here to support you and make life easier for you. That’s why signed up members will get a monthly updated done-for-you fat-burning meal plans provided by Registered Dietician Jayson Hunter.
Q. Why is it only 45 minutes and not an hour like most boot camps elsewhere?
In fact, we could have made it 30 minutes. Because we could get people the same if not better RESULTS than the traditional 1 hour workout. You are getting the exact workout that we give to our personal training clients who lost weight training 30 minutes 3 times a week who haven’t lost single kilogram training with someone else for 1 hour 3 times a week. Why would you want to do longer workout if you could get better RESULTS with less time?
Q. Can I try out the boot camp before I decide to sign up?
Yes most definitely. We want you to be sure that you are on the right programme. We would hate to have someone who does not think this programme is for them. Like we mentioned before, this boot camp is not for everyone. If you're seriously looking for a solid fat loss program and truely commited to yourself, this will be the boot camp for you
Q.Can I make up for the sessions that I missed while I am on the Trial Period?
No. We can't let you make up for FREE sessions. If it's a week FREE trial, you can only attend boot camp for that week.
Q. What do I bring to the boot camp?
You're expected to bring along the following:
- Sweat Towel Preferably a Beach Towel
- Exercise Mat (Optional but highly recommended)
- Fully-filled water bottled
- Inhaler if you have or history of asthma
Q. I am injured and have been told by the doctor to stay away from strenuous exercises. Can I still join the boot camp?
Sorry we have to turn you away from the boot camp. This is because we know you will be even more injured and we sincerely do not want that to happen to anyone. The fat loss programme we run here in Perth is based a physically demanding routine that is suited to people who is free from any muscular, bone and joint issues that would stop them from exercising. If unsure, please consult a medical professional about your suitability in the programme.You are certainly more than welcome to join us after you have recovered from your injuries.
Q. Can I get a discount?
Yes you can. You will get a AU$50 off for every person you bring along that sign up for 4-weeks boot camp. That means you get 4-weeks boot camp for FREE if you bring 4 friends along and they sign up for 4-weeks programme. Once you are a member of our women Perth boot camp, you will automatically get a AU$100 for every friend that you refer to our 4-weeks boot camp program. Therefore, you get a 4-week boot camp for FREE when you bring 2 friends.
Q. What if I fall sick while on the boot camp programme? Do I lose the sessions that I missed?
Your missed sessions will be rolled over. Be sure to visit the doctor and show us the proof of visit.
Q. If I am on a long-term boot camp programme and I have to miss sessions due to holidays, business travels or any other valid reasons, do I lose the missed sessions?
We will put you on hold and let your sessions rolled over if you shoot us an email requesting for a temporary freeze.
